Kenya Move up in World Rugby Rankings

Kenya moved up one spot in the latest World Rugby Rankings from position 28 to 27 while New Zealand consolidated their spot on top.

Despite not featuring at the ongoing 2015 Rugby World Cup, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Portugal all benefited from Belgium’s three-spot drop. Zimbabwe are 0.27 points ahead of Kenya in 26th. South Africa remain the best ranked African team but dropped a spot down to fifth, followed by Namibia at 20th. Ireland climbed three places up to third, displacing Wales while Japan moved into the top ten at the expense of Fiji.
