Former Gor Mahia defender Luke Ochieng has joined Posta Rangers after a troublesome one year at the former Kenyan Premier League(KPL) champions.
The experienced Ochieng was among the eight players dropped by Gor Mahia last week, but was quickly snapped by Rangers who gave him a four-year deal.
After the loss of Abdalla Yusuf to AFC Leopards, the Mailmen were desperate of getting an able replacement and Ochieng was the perfect match for them. He started training with the team at the beginning of the week and coach Sammy Omollo ‘Pamzo feels that the new catch will help tighten up the defence that conceded the least number of goals in the 2016 season.
