Petra Elected New FKF Vice President

The new look Football Kenya Federation (FKF) office is now complete after Doris Petra was elected the as the Vice President.

Petra, a former Rift Valley region NEC member, beat Dan Shikanda and Andrew Amukowa in the run-off after she failed to obtain 36 votes in the first round, four less than what was needed to win it.

The experienced administrator however won the second round by a landslide after she garnered 53 votes with Dan Shikanda getting only a single vote from the 13 in the first round, and Andrew Amukowa getting none despite getting 21 in the first round.

The new team will now have little time to rest as new structures need to be put in place ahead of the upcoming season that starts this weekend.
