Frank Ouna is set to be appointed Wazito FC head coach succeeding Melisa Medo who was sacked on Wednesday evening.
Former KCB coach begins a second stint at the Moneybags, having been sacked in 2017 after the team was relegated from the Kenya Premier League (KPL).
‘Its true we have had talks with the Wazito hierarchy,’
‘I am looking forward to this and I’m very positive about it,’ he exclusively told 442Media.
Furo as he is commonly known takes over a Wazito side that are 13th in the Premier League and without a win only two wins to their name this season.
Medo who was sacked after the team’s 2-0 loss to Kisumu All Stars managed only one win, a draw and two defeats in his 28 day tenure at the club.
Ouna meanwhile will have little time to prepare his side as the face Kariobangi Sharks on Monday 25th November in Machakos for yet another crucial league fixture.
